This trip takes you to German-speaking Belgium and just across the border in Germany. Several parts feel pretty remote since it’s mainly forests. It’s challenging, not because of the distance, but because of the elevation meters and some gravel sections. I really loved it!
It’s rewarding to go uphill in such a beautiful environment
It’s challenging yet very enjoyable if you take your time
The remote setting gives you a ‘back to nature’ feeling
While it starts and ends at Belgian train stations, it’s exciting to go abroad and experience a different vibe!
